Fifth Consultancy Pte. Ltd. (UEN 201331854H), incorporated in Singapore on 26 November 2013, with our registered address at 55 Lavender Street, #01-00, Singapore 338713. We provide AI advisory, training, coaching and implementation support.
2. What we collect
When you contact us or take our AI Readiness Quiz, we collect your name, email address, phone number, WhatsApp number, company, industry and your quiz responses — only what you choose to give us.
3. How we use it
We use your details to respond to enquiries, send your quiz results, arrange consultations and tailor our recommendations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
4. PDPA compliance
We handle personal data in accordance with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA). Data is collected with consent, used only for stated purposes, and protected with reasonable security arrangements.
5. Sharing
We may share relevant details with trusted consultants and software partners only where needed to deliver services you have requested, and only under confidentiality obligations.
6. Retention
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, or as required by law, after which it is securely deleted.
